2025 Wrapped!
As we approach our 8th birthday and reflect on another successful year of Vegan Fairs we wanted to share with you a few stats from 2025 and share a few personal highlights.
How many events!?
35 events in 2025
27 locations
10 counties
180 trading hours
Our biggest year yet! We ran more events this year than in any other year. We expanded further into Wales, Devon and into Herefordshire for the first time in 2025. All were really successful expansions and we will be continuing to host events in all these areas in 2026.
Who we’ve worked with this year.
We worked with an incredible 183 different independent businesses this year!
But we worked with these more than anyone else… these are our top 5 traders of 2025.
1) Golden Glaze Doughnuts - 33/35 events
2) Sophie’s Delight - 29/35 events
3) Soy Ahoy - 29/35 events
4) chappers cheesecake - 28/35 events
5) The Vegan Street Diner - 22/35 events
As well as working alongside an eclectic group of vegan-friendly businesses, we also worked alongside many non-profits in 2025. In total we worked with 25 non-profits organisations, most of which were offered free/discounted pitches at our events. We have listed them all below for you to see. In 2026 we hope to be able to offer even more free pitches to non-profits, charities and activism groups. For the last 3 years we have always offered a minimum of two free pitches for these groups but in 2026 we are raising this to three. If you know of a local group that should have a free stall at one of our events please let us know!
