Where’s the best place to park?

We include public car parks on each individual event page, along with public transport options. You can find them under the “Getting there” section.

Are dogs allowed?

For 95% of our events - yes! You can check on each event listing to see if the event is dog-friendly.

Where can I see the full lineup of traders?

We'll post the full trader list on the event page closer to the start date. Each event has a different lineup of traders, so browse our upcoming events to find a Vegan Fair near you.

Are there any gluten-free options?

Yes, plenty! While GF options do vary between events, most of our vendors offer a selection of gluten-free options – just ask when ordering.

Trader FAQs

How much is a pitch?

The prices do vary slightly from event to event but for 2026 they will usually be:

£95 - Hot Food

£75 - Bakeries, Cheese, Deli items

£65 - Non-perishable packaged food, Non-food

£55 - Arts & Crafts

£50 - National charities

Free - Local activism groups/vegan charities (limited to three and £25 thereafter)

Do I need to bring my own gazebo or setup?

Yes you do. Most of our events are outdoors and you are required to bring your own gazebo, trailer or truck with you to trade. The standard size is 3m x 3m so if your set up is different make sure you let us know. If you’re using a gazebo make sure you have appropriate weights (we recommend a minimum of 15kg per leg).

As well as providing your own structure you will also need to bring your own table and all your equipment. Where power is available you must bring your own adaptors and extension leads and ensure all equipment is PAT tested.

What is the expected footfall?

Footfall varies from event to event but we usually expect between 600 - 1,200 people at each event. There are many factors that effect the attendance of an event including the weather, what else is on locally, clashes with other vegan events (although we do our best to avoid these) and the trader line-up.
