We're excited to announce our fourth Stroud Vegan Fair happening this summer on Sunday 21 July!

It will be the perfect opportunity for you to stock up on all your favourite vegan goodies from local vendors, as well as the chance to meet up with like minded individuals over a glass of vegan wine (or something non-alcoholic)!

As well as boasting an impressive line up of traders showcasing everything from vegan food to ethical clothing, as well as cruelty-free cosmetics and household brands, the event will also feature an exciting programme of thought-provoking talks and demos throughout the day.

We'll be open from 10am till 3pm

If you’re looking for nutrition advice, or even a personal trainer to take your health to the next level, then Trained Personally are the experts! In this talk Caspar will tell you how to fuel the body to run/cycle long distance on a plant based diet.

There is a place like this. It’s called Sadhana Forest!

Join local chef Erin Baker from the Natural Cookery School for a demo on fermentation.  Fermentation is a great way to improve your gut health, preserve food and enjoy a range of amazing flavours achieved in the process.  Erin is a career long plant based chef and offers vegan cookery classes and catering in her state of the art kitchen in Nailsworth.

Juliet’s compelling talk, Why You Don’t Need Dairy, asks: is it natural to consume milk after weaning? Indeed is it natural to consume cow’s (or goat’s) milk at all? What is the life of a dairy cow and how does this link to our health?

Local Stroudie Luke will be bringing the sound of summer to the Subscription Rooms with a special busking set on his classical Spanish guitar.
